Very warm welcome from the staff, especially Carol. Hotel newly refurbished, rooms perfect for an overnight stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again. Was in an ideal location for our plans.

Excellent value for money. The hotel has recently been refurbished and feels fresh and modern throughout. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed here while attending a concert at the Utilita Arena Sheffield, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Didn’t even get to stay here as the hotel had a problem with the payment from hotels.com which I was expected to sort out! When I gave them the number to ring to sort that hotels.com gave me, they didn’t try to get through to them. I then had to pay to stay in another hotel last minute. No help from some of the staff and no manager to talk to.
