The thatched cottage (70 m²) consists of a bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor, living room and kitchen. Toilets and hall are located on the lower floor. The house is quiet and only about 10 minutes away from the white Baltic Sea beach. Furthermore, there is a large terrace with garden furniture and a private car park. Schön aber kalt

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und Nähe zur Ostsee. Allerdings fanden wir die Wohnung bei der Anreise ausgekühlt vor. Am ersten Abend erreichte die Innentemperatur nur 18 Grad und sank nach 22 Uhr auf 16 Grad ab. Begünstigt wurde das dadurch, dass die Terrassentür - offenbar durch einen früheren Wasserschaden - verzogen und daher undicht ist. In diesem Zustand kann man eine Wohnung im Winter nicht vermieten! Die Besitzer waren nicht da und kamen erst am zweiten Tag selbst aus dem Urlaub. Nach dem Entlüften und der Neueinstellung der Heizung und dem Heizen des gesamten Hauses durch die nebenan wohnenden Vermieter wurde es in den Folgetagen wärmer. Es gab aber keine Entschuldigung, geschweige denn einen Rabatt für den ersten verkühlten Abend. Statt dessen pampige Sprüche ("Das muss ich mit Ihnen nicht diskutieren")
