Small, but really nice: friendly studio apartment, lots of light through large, floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable living / sleeping area with large double bed, seating / dining area, cable TV, stereo radio / CD, WiFi. Modern galley kitchen with fridge and 2-ring ceramic hob. Nice bathroom with shower and toilet. You will not miss anything. Orientation towards the courtyard side. Ideal for two people. Can also be used as a combi apartment with the Nordwind apartment.
For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. Klein und fein

Kleines 1-Zimmer Appartement mit Küche und Duschbad. Alles sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig gelegen. 5 Minuten Gehzeit zum Ortzentrum und ca. 15 Minuten zum Leuchtturm. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz am Haus dazu gebucht, was sehr empfehlenswert ist, da keine Parkplätze in der Nähe waren.

Die FeWo war in einem sauberen Zustand. Sie liegt nahe dem alten Strom. Von dort ist fußläufig alles schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Toller Aufenthalt in Warnemünde. Gerne wieder.

Lage und Sauberkeit in Ordnung

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Das Bad als solches ist ein wenig beengt. Insgesamt kam uns die Wohnung kleiner vor, als erwartet. Der Service war unproblematisch. Allerdings gab es ein großes Manko, nämlich die Qualität der Matratzen,hier herrscht Nachbesserungsbedarf! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erschien uns ebenfalls nicht ganz stimmig, mag der Corona-Lage geschuldet sein. Das Haus an sich ist etwas hellhöriger als erwünscht. Auch ist die Ausstattung nicht allzu praktikabel (Tisch und Stühle nehmen viel Platz ein,Stühle lassen sich nicht unter den Tisch schieben). Schöner wäre eine Sitzgelegenheit anderer Art. Alles in allem ok.
