Hanseatic Suite I - hidden at the Alten Strom - family-friendly, modern This suite is lovingly furnished and completely new, completely and comfortably equipped: flat / cable TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, Dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). The Hanseatic Suite is on the 1st floor and offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy seating area (sofa bed 120 x 200 bed), two separate bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a beautiful shower room. The suite has a large roof terrace and is oriented towards the garden.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request.

Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Schöner Urlaub in Warnemünde

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Teilweise sehr laut durch andere Feriengäste aus den Appartments. Ansonsten ruhig gelegen. Einzig der Weg zum Strand ist sehr weit. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass man die Möglichkeit für einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus hatte.

In unserer Hanseactic Suite 1 ist die Terrasse nicht empfehlenswert.Balkon darüber ist zu niedrig.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig.Man hört ein ständiges Getrampel von Kindern. Man müsste das ehrlich angeben .Für Ruhesuchende nicht geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Super gelegen. Man erreicht alles ohne Probleme zu Fuß. Warnemünde ist ein schönes Städchen, in kürzester Zeit ist man mit der Bahn in Rostock. Wenn aber die großen Kreuzfahrtschiffe hier liegen ist es sehr sehr voll.
