Tolle Wohnung, sehr zentral. Unkomplizierter CheckIn und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wohnung war sauber und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes Rostock
Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sie liegt sehr zentral in einem wunderschönen Viertel und man kann von dort aus sogar zu Fuß bereits viel unternehmen.
Trotz Baustelle vor der Tür war es dort sehr ruhig und ein knuffiger Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man sich mitbringen oder kostenpflichtig, buchen. Das war bei uns nicht deutlich angegeben, weshalb es zu einem Missverständnis kam. Dieses wurde aber schnell und freundlich gelöst.

Leider nur ok
Seit Mai 2022 ist eine große, laute (!) Baustelle direkt vor der Wohnung. Wir sind mit Kleinkind angereist und wurden darüber nicht informiert. Das hat uns den Tagesablauf sehr erschwert.
Trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung waren am Anreisetag keine Handtücher und keine Bettwäsche vorhanden. Hier mussten wir hinterher telefonieren.
Und einen halben Tag gab es ohne Vorwarnung kein Wasser. Und das mit Kleinkind!
Aktuell kann ich dieses Reiseziel nicht empfehlen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem 1. Familienurlaub.

Danke, wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sehr schick und mit Geschmack eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, vollständig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig, die Wohnung in zentraler Lage fußläufig zur Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Zu zweit kann man sowohl in der Küche als auch auf dem kleinen Balkon frühstücken. Auch Betreuung und Kommunikation ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Schönes Apartment, zentrale Lage
Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage ruhig und ideal, um die Altstadt zu besichtigen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und wenn Fewo die Kaution schneller zurück erstatten würde, dann würde ich glatt 5 Sterne vergeben.
