The apartment Warnemünde is located on the church square in the Baltic Sea. It is located in an old building and was reopened in the spring of 2018. The equipment is exclusive and very high quality. The apartment can be reached by elevator. The apartment has a 30 sqm terrace with views over the church square.  The location in the heart of Warnemünde is ideal. Directly before the house there are several cafes, restaurants, bakeries, banks and supermarkets. To promenade along the old stream and the central mole in Warnemuende is only a three minute walk. Equally short is the way to the beach of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade Warnemünde by the spa park located in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is exclusively and high quality furnished. It was renovated, completely refurbished and reopened in spring 2018. The apartment can be accessed by a lift. It offers a 30 sqm terrace overlooking the church square.   The apartment in Warnemünde has a double bedroom, an open-plan living and kitchen area with sofa bed and large TV and a bathroom with shower / WC.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Tolle Wohnung. Leider nur helle schalusie im Schlafzimmer, daher die ganze Nacht hell durch die Strassenbeleuchtung. Und einen Sonnenschutz auf dem tollen Balkon wäre prima gewesen. Sonst sehr zufrieden.

Der Urlaub war super und das Objekt war sehr sehr schön. Es war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Außerdem gab es einen rießen Balkon der schon von morgens an Sonne hatte.

Schönes Ferienappartement im Zentrum

Es har uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu viert, aber auch auf dem Schlafsofa lässt es sich gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles da, was man so braucht. Ich hätte mir nur eine bessere Verdunklung gewünscht, die Jalousien reichen nicht. Der Balkon ist schön groß, könnten wir wegen dem Wetter leider nicht nutzen, da wäre aber auch eine Lösung für die Überwachung übern Tisch sehr ratsam. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder.
