Cally Palace Hotel & Golf Course
4/5 Good
"I would suggest that the procedure of self service specifically with the fries, mushrooms, bacon etc .should be carefully changed. While having breakfast I was aware of a guest sneezing six times into her hands (no handkerchief or similar being used) then I noticed she proceeded to help herself to the fries section. In other word it is quite possible that this lady therefore infected all the serving utensils she touched and therefore there was the possibility of infecting nearly everyone in the dining room. Certainly a couple of self service hand sanitizers would not go amiss. I would certainly use one of the handy napkins at hand. It is something that I think should be given some thought.
