The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests, it is characterized by modern furnishings and offers panoramic views from its large terraces and the exclusive, salt water infinity swimming pool (without chlorine).

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible except from 26 June to 30 August (Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
City tax not included: according to the local law.
Pets not allowed.
