To see: Parc de la Haute-Touche, Château d'Azay-le-Ferron, Château du Bouchet... In a quiet street in the village, house with enclosed garden, terrace, laundry room/bike storage.
On the ground floor, 2 beautiful living rooms with fitted kitchen (stove - additional heating), dining area, independent living room.
Upstairs, a large bedroom for 2 people (1 160 cm bed) with a view of a meadow and a large shower room / wc.
Bed linen and towels offered.
Electric heating (total billing on consumption) and wood (stere at 50 €).
Closed private car park and location in front of the gîte.
Eco-responsible renovation with significant wood fiber insulation, hemp/lime coating.
For teleworking, at your disposal: desk with armchair and lamp in the lounge area with a window right next to it, 4G mobile coverage (all operators), an orange box and an RJ45 cable.
