The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Rosières, this charming apartment with private swimming pool, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 22 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 90 m². A 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 22 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- Bathroom with shower and WC (door closed).

Outside :
- A private (unheated) 8×4 m swimming pool, open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool area is fenced. The pool is covered when not in use.
- A south-west-facing garden of approx. 90 m². An awning has been added in front of the stairs to protect you from any rain.
- A tiled terrace with outdoor furniture. (door closed).

The apartment is ideally located in Rosières, in a very pleasant environment surrounded by vineyards, you will be able to enjoy from the garden and the pool a view on the mountains and the village of Balbiac. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The sports activities that you can enjoy nearby are: canyonning, canoe kayak, climbing, hiking, horseback riding, quad biking. Swimming also in rivers.
You can visit the Chauvet cave 20 minutes away. The village of Joyeuse, located at 10 min by car with its museum on the chestnut and its historical castle.
You can also visit the cellar of Rosières and taste the good wine of Ardèche.

Transportation:
- You can park directly on the private parking lot which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
- Nearest train station : Montélimar located at about 1 hour by car.
- Nearest airport: Valence Chabeuil located at approximately 1h20 by car.

Other remarks :
- The cleaning package includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's bathing is under the responsibility of a parent.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception. An additional fee may be requested.
