Additionally, there are three bedrooms on this level: one room with a 90 cm bed (190 cm length), one room with a 140 cm French bed (190 cm length), and one room with a set of bunk beds (90 cm, 190 cm length), each equipped with a fan. The kitchen on this level is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level.

The lower ground floor features another living room with access to the patio and swimming pool. There is an additional bedroom on this level with a 140 cm French bed (190 cm length) and a bath/WC. This level also has an open kitchen with a freezer and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate shower and WC. Outside, there is a small terrace with furniture.
