We stayed for four nights, booked almost sight unseen (except pictures from VRBO). The location is about 1 mile from center of Roses, close enough to walk to small grocery store. It’s off the ocean, it with ocean view from bed and living rooms. Dedicated parking garage, which was but right for us (being from Wesrchester County NY), so we ended up street parking in back, which was easier. You can walk to the two coves next to Roses, about 15 minutes walk to first one and restaurants. Swimming in either of these coves or right off rocks in front of house. We had three bedroom for two kids plus parents, which was quite comfortable. Very well maintained, dipping pool right off living room. Was a very easy and nice place to spend four nights for us.

Sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Lage, super Aussicht Etwas laut an der Hauptstraße, Sitzmöglichkeiten (Balkontisch mit Stühle) auf der Terrasse fehlt Sehr bequeme Betten große Schränke, Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer und Bad nicht vorhanden, Klimaanlage ist gut zu bedienen, Unteres Bad könnte mal saniert werden, Duschboden wird nie trocken weil Dusche ständig tropft und Toilettenschüssel wackelt Küche ist für Frühstück gut ausgestattet, will man kochen fehlt einiges ( Sieb, Schneidebrett, Topflappen) Backofen ist eigentlich nur eine gute Mikro, Backbleche gab es gar nicht, super Großer Kühlschrank mit sep. Eisschrank Dazu gab es noch eine zusätzliche Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine 👍🏼👍🏼 Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
