On the main floor there is a double bedroom en suite with full bathroom and private bathtub, from the spacious living-dining room there is access to the open American kitchen with high quality finishes, from where you can enjoy wonderful views. On the same floor, there is a large terrace with enough space to have breakfast, lunch and dinner all together. From the terrace, going down one floor, you access the impressive infinity pool area, where you will also find the independent studio with private kitchen.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms with sea views, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, two complete bathrooms and a separate toilet.
From the road you can access the garage, a large parking space, where you will find the elevator that goes up to the main floor, otherwise you can also go up the side stairs without having to enter the garage. There is an outdoor area to park numerous vehicles.
Built in 2013, the whole house has the latest generation materials, home automation, luxury electric awnings and blinds, aluminum windows and an elevator.
