Vive l'Espagne !

Emplacement idéal. On se sent en sécurité. Plage et commerces à proximité et supermarchés à bon prix. On peut tout faire à pieds. PENSER A RESERVER L'EMPLACEMENT GARAGE (par écrit car la propriétaire oublie...) sinon les places de parking sont chères... Appartement bruyant de par sa situation (avenue) et le voisinage (voisine du dessous bronchitique). Sinon séjour parfait !

Appartement bien situé et ensoleillé près de la plage et du centre de Roses. Dommage que nous ayions connu de nombreux désagréments : place de parking inaccessible, canapé inutilisable( Ce qui a obligé une personne de notre groupe de soixantenaires à dormir par terre !) nombreuses fuites d'eau ( La plomberie a largement besoin d'être rénovée !), puissance électrique insuffisante pour se chauffer et cuisiner en même temps...

Appartement agréable

Appartement agréable, deux grandes chambres, une grande salle de bain refaite à neuf, un petit balcon, un salon suffisamment grand. L'appartement est très bien situé, à coté de la la plage et de l'hyper centre donc pas besoin de toucher à la voiture qui peut être en plus mise au parking des propriétaires. Seul bémol je pense, la clim ou plus de ventilateurs pour les périodes de grande chaleur (pas notre cas lors de notre séjour). Je recommande.

Appartement conforme à la description

+ appartement bien situé avec parking fermé . + Manuel ( personne sur place pour gérer la location ) est très disponible et sympathique . - Pas de wifi , ni de climatisation . - La seule serrure de l'appartement ( il y en a 4 sur cette porte !!!!) que l'on nous a conseillé d'utiliser s'est bloquée quand nous avons fermé la porte et nous nous sommes trouver bloquer à l'extérieur et la propriétaire a refusé de prendre en charge les frais de serrurier . - odeur récurrente des canalisations lié aux remontées d'égouts des 2 autres appartements inoccupés . - pas de possibilité de négociation du prix pour un séjour de 2 semaines . -Appart pour 6 personnes avec 1 convertible dans le salon mais pas de rideaux occultants ni de volets sur la fenêtre coulissante de la terrasse . - on vous demande de régler une partie en espèces alors que cela n'est pas mentionné dans le contrat initial .

Un très bon séjour

Grand appartement très confortable situé à proximité des commerces , de la plage et du port ce qui évite de prendre la voiture la plus part du temps .Parking privé et couvert Les propriétaires sont très agréables++++ et vous donnent de bon conseils pour les restau et les visites (merci de nous avoir conseillé Gérone). La clim dans l'appartement serait peut être un petit plus les jours de grande chaleur ce qui n'empêche pas cependant de recommander fortement cette location . Ah si , j'allais oublier ! il faudrait rajouter quelques cuillères à soupes (il n'y en a que deux , c'est un peu juste :)

Super séjour

Appartement très agréable, avec tout le confort et très bien situé. On peut, si on le désire, passer le séjour sans prendre la voiture, garée dans un parking fermé et c'est un gros avantage avec la plage à 2mm ainsi que tous les commerces. A recommander sans hésitation. Roses est une ville très agréable avec ses plages, ses ruelles pleine de boutiques et restaurants et plein d'endroits autour à visiter, Cadaques (en bateau), Figueras, musée Dali, etc Super séjour.

Propriétaires très gentils, disponibles et à l'écoute. Appartement très agréable et très propre. A proximité en 5 minutes de tout : mer, criques, chemins de randonnées, commerces, centre ville, etc... Roses est un coin magnifique avec beaucoup de choses à découvrir. Je recommande cette location, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et gentillesse.

- Excellente situation géographique (toute la ville est accessible à pied); - Propriétaire très attentif et donnant de bon conseils sur les sites à voir, les restaurants etc; - Parking privatif individualisé et fermé à clef; - Appartement très grand (6 personnes sans problème pour des vacances) et bien équipé. Nous ferons appel a eux lors de nos prochaines vacances à ROSAS.
