Appartement idéalement placé, tout près de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants. Grande terrasse.Du côté des points négatifs, les meubles sont vieillissants comme l'électricité (lustres mal fixés au plafond, interrupteurs imprécis, clefs n'ouvrant pas la porte de l'immeuble malgré le double donné par l'agence, ménage a refaire car nous avons trouvé des bouts de verre dans 3 pièces.)Pour 1 semaine de vacances c'est idéal. Merci au propriétaire.
