It has an entrance hall, complete bathroom with bathtub and open plan kitchen.

It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds of 90cm. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. A living-dining room with two sofas, one of them with a sofa bed for one person. Nice and pleasant terrace overlooking the pool from where you can also enjoy a small view of the canal and the boats.

It is a very pleasant place to spend your holidays, quiet area, two kilometres from the beach. Ideal for walking or cycling.
