Located on the second floor overlooking a quiet street, the garden and the canal from where you can enjoy the view of the canal and the passing boats. It has an entrance hall with a shoe cupboard, a complete bathroom with bathtub, an open plan kitchen, a spacious living-dining room with two sofas. One of them with the possibility of sleeping one person, with access to the large terrace with pleasant and unobstructed views. Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and window opening onto the terrace. The other bedroom has two 90 cm beds. Cosy, bright and very pleasant apartment to spend your holidays. Complex with security and communal swimming pool. 2 km from the beach and close to all services, shops, bars and supermarkets. Don't miss out.
