Nice duplex with sea views and private parking.

Nice duplex for 5 people with sea views and parking. It has two floors. On the first floor we have the entrance, fully equipped open kitchen with access to the living room and terrace with beautiful open views and sea views.
The bedroom with double bed and exit to the terrace and another room with bunk beds. Both with fitted closets. Bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, we have another room with clip clac sofa and exit to the large terrace 360 degree view from where you can see the sea, the mountains and a spectacular panoramic view of the city.
Just 5 minutes walk from the beach, with air conditioning in all rooms and private parking, make this apartment a perfect place to spend your vacations.

Ideal for cycling or walking. Close to the beach and the supermarkets and leisure area of the area.
