THE APARTMENT IS DESIGNED FOR A QUIET AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, SO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.



Fantastic Apartment Duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For 6 people. In front of the sea. Large communal pool.

Located on the beach, next to the promenade and with fantastic views of the bay.

The apartment is homely, is fully-equiped, and is 80 m². The property is located in front to the beach. It has views of waterfront and the garden.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, 30 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The property is located 4 m from AQUABRAVA ROSES water park, 15 m from FIGUERES train station, 20 m from PLAYA ROSES sand beach, 30 m from the from the restaurant, 100 m from ROSES city, 100 m from the supermarket, 8 km from CAP DE CREUS nature reserve. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea.



As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the building because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments after 22h.



Also, it is requested the greatest discretion in the common parts from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted)

For check-in between 8pm-10pm extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 10:00a 30€, from 10.00 to midnight 50€





The Tourist Tax for Roses is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).

Bien placé, mais mauvais rapport qualité-prix

Bien placé, bon accueil et belle ville. La vue est splendide, le bâtiment est propre et bien entretenue. La piscine très agréable. Machine à laver. Les jeux de sociétés proposés sont un réel plus pour les enfants. Par contre, au vu du prix, la qualité des équipements laisse à désirer : 7 assiettes, 7 couteaux, 7 fourchettes... pour un appartement de 6 personnes, c'est limite. Le lave-vaisselle est désuet et lave mal. La salle de bain du premier étage n'a pas d'aération, les serviettes ne sèchent pas et finissent par sentir le moisi. Enfin, le check-out à 10h, c'est tôt.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Manque de rangement surtout dans les chambres où il y a de grands placards qui sont malheureusement fermés à clé. Parking en sous-sol avec une place réservée qui permet d'entreposer des vélos.
