Nice stay in a wonderful place !

House is large, well equiped, confortable and the sea view is wonderful, even better than the photos on the website. Good communication with Raquel. The only little shadow on the horizon arrived at the end of our stay when asking a possibility of to extent our stay until 2pm since the house was not rent the following days. The owner obliged Raquel to ask us an additionnal significant amount for only 2 hours extension, Finally, we had to leave early to avoid heavy trafic jam but the feeling of rapacity dozing just behind to get as much money as possible was unpleasant. This is such detail which makes the difference between "Excellence" and "Very good" in an overall rating.

vue spectaculaire sur la baie de roses

villa moderne , vue magnifique sur la mer , on peut également voir les Pyrénées au loin . le parking privé ( fermé ) sur le toit de la villa est un plus , on y gare un gros SUV sans problème . la clim est appréciée ( villa plein sud ) ! la wifi serait un plus ! dommage qu'une grue présente depuis 3 ans gache la vue au niveau de la piscine ( chantier en contrebas de la villa ) le centre de roses se situe a 3 km , la plage est accessible a pied mais la pente est rude ! nous avons passé un agréable séjour . merci à Raquel Escribano souriante et serviable .

Magnifique logement

Jolie maison avec magnifique vue sur la mer et la Baie de Roses, spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien située à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation ainsi que la piscine pour se rafraîchir.
