Perfect location, one minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes walking from the town centre of Roses. Quiet area, but ideal as it has bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
You can forget about the car and move around walking or by bicycle everywhere. Community parking with private access barrier.

Cette appartement est super bien placé, a moins de cent mètres de la plage.La résidence est calme en prenant compte tout de même qu'il y a de l'animation le soir, et oui c'est les vacances.Au niveau de l'appartement il est conforme a l'annonce un peut vieillot mais ont n'y est que pour dormir et manger en tout cas pour ma part c'est largement suffisant. La seul chose que je devrais regretter c'est le manque d'ustensiles pour la cuisine, pas de passoire et de couteau qui coupe le saucisson pour l'apéro.Ceci dit je reviendrai sans problème nous avons passés de très bonne vacances. Merci a l'agence de location
