Holiday apartment in Roses – Casdanna 2 (Canyelles Petites, sea view) Our Apartment 2 offers a spectacular panoramic sea view (the beach is only 150 metres away as the crow flies) and features a 28 m² terrace equipped with a charcoal barbecue, parasol, table, chairs and sun loungers.
It is a spacious unit (approx. 75 m² of living space) with a living–dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub (also usable as a shower) and a separate guest WC.
A private garage is included for this apartment, as well as fibre Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a smart TV with internet connection.
The Mediterranean-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric grill, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine.

Casdanna is a three-family house with three self-contained apartments. Each unit has a terrace of up to 40 m²; thanks to the south-facing orientation you can enjoy the sun and the views almost all day long. Living areas range between 75 and 95 m².
Each apartment includes: fibre Wi-Fi, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, barbecue area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private garage for each unit.
Our house is located in a very quiet residential area; supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are nearby, and the centre of Roses is about 2 km away.
