Casdanna Apartment 1 is set in Canyelles Petites, a peaceful residential area of Roses on the Costa Brava. It enjoys impressive panoramic views over the sea and has a 17 m² south-facing terrace furnished with a parasol, table, chairs and sun loungers.

This generously sized holiday apartment offers around 75 m² of living space. It includes a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath that can also be used as a shower, and a separate WC. It can accommodate up to five guests, with a maximum of four adults.

The apartment comes with its own private garage, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, international satellite television with German channels, and a Smart TV with internet access.

In addition to the terrace, guests staying in Casdanna Apartment 1 have access to a covered outdoor dining area furnished with a sofa, table and barbecue.

The Mediterranean-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric grill, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and two coffee machines: a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.

Guests who value the freedom of an apartment and enjoy cooking while they are away will find everything they need, including pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses, a blender, colander, vegetable peeler and a wide range of other kitchen utensils.

Canyelles Petites Beach is around 150 metres from Casdanna as the crow flies.

The shortest walking route to the beach involves steps, while a longer and gentler route is also available. The property’s elevated setting provides open views across the bay and the Mediterranean.

Each apartment has its own sea-view terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, barbecue facilities and a private garage.

The apartments range in size from approximately 75 to 95 m² and have terraces of up to 40 m². Their south-facing position allows guests to enjoy the sunshine and views for much of the day.

Canyelles Petites is a peaceful residential area with restaurants, local shops and supermarkets nearby. The centre of Roses is only a few minutes’ drive away. The location is particularly well suited to families, couples and small groups looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea.
