All exterior windows of the house have been completely renovated, with a special focus on improving the soundproofing of the space.This improvement has been specially designed to minimize any external noise, allowing them to fully enjoy their rest and relaxation in our accommodation.It has 3 double en suite bedrooms with closets, one on each floor of the house. On the ground floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of over 20 m² with a full bathroom and laundry room.The American kitchen, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, and toaster.On the first floor is the living room with the television and the second double bedroom and full bathroom with bathtub.On the third floor is the third bedroom with a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the interior pedestrian street.Sheets and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the reservation price.There is a parking space located 10 minutes from the house.We hope to welcome you soon to our property and offer you an unforgettable experience!It is located in the city center, "Centro del Pueblo de Roses", 40 m from the restaurant "Ca la Margarita", 150 m from the supermarket "Condis", 150 m from the sandy beach "Platja de Roses", 500 m from the bus station "Sarfa de Roses", 6 km from the Golf course "Pitch and Putt", 15 km from the train station "Figueres", 60 km from the "Girona" airport and is located in a charming area and in the urban center.Roses is an important tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and sports).
