L'appartement est bien situé, très proche de la plage, de commerces, du marché et du centre de Roses.La place de parking est très appréciable.L'appartement est bien équipé et confortable.La climatisation est également appréciable, mais l'évacuation étant placée sur la terrasse rend son utilisation difficile car la chaleur est très présente.Le point négatif est l'odeur dans la salle de bains. De fortes odeurs de remontées d'égout qui rend son utilisation par moments difficile. Heureusement qu'il y a deux salles de bain.
