Tolle Aussicht, zweckmäßige Einrichtung

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich toll!! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch, Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, das Bad sollte renoviert werden. Sehr gut ist der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz, leider kein Safe. Bei unserer Ankunft stand ein Teil der Wohnung und das Bad unter Wasser, bei der Reinigung der Gänge mit dem Hochdruckreiniger lief es rein.

Expérience plutôt satisfaisant l'appartement était propre à notre arrivée. On peut cependant regretter son manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (une cafetière cassée), pas d'épluchoire, et des bols en plastique. Dommage ! Un très bon accueil des personnes travaillant à l'agence sur place.

Het appartement was goed uitgerust de keuken was zeer compleet. Het was allemaal schoon, De bedden waren ook prima. Leuk uitzicht en dichtbij supermarkten. We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. En dan nog een prima communicatie met Interhome ter plaatse. We gaan nog eens terug.

Bien situé avec très belle vue , spacieux , literie OK, quelques petites choses à revoir ( wc non fixé, grill fois inadapté ... ) Excellente réactivité de l agence seul point négatif clim réparée à 4j de la fin .... Plage à 15 min à pieds , petit commerce à 500 m ...

Appartement sympa, bien situé, lumineux, avec une très belle vue. La salle de bain mérite cependant un coup de rafraichissement ( moisissure sur les murs, rideau de douche et joints ). Il serait utile d'avoir un aspirateur à disposition en plus du balai ainsi que de vrais bols ( pas en plastique ).

Très bon rapport qualité prix dans un cadre agréable

Très belle vue et cadre de vie très agréable, a proximité des commerces, plages, restaurants... Résidence calme avec plusieurs piscines très sympa. Bon équipement du logement. Gros point noir : lit double extrêmement inconfortable. Nuits horribles sur un tel matelas ! Heureusement qu'il y avait un clic clac !! Il semble que ce point ai déjà été signalé par le passé sans que cela ne change quoi que ce soit tout comme la télé sans chaines françaises (idem après plusieurs recherches de chaines). En résumé, logement recommandé si et seulement si la literie est remise a neuf !

De bonnes vacances avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Points forts : La vue est tout simplement magnifique. La situation géographique est très bien, proche plage, centre ville et commerces. La résidence est calme avec une piscine agréable. Les équipements de la maison étaient bien et complet. Points faibles : Le Lit conjugal n'était pas confortable, la TV ne captait pas bien et était uniquement en espagnol. Globalement, nous avons passez de très bonnes vacances avec un bon rapport qualité prix
