It is a comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people and has a private terrace where you can see the magnificent views of the Roses Bay. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple opportunities that offers la Costa Brava.

COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.

buena estancia pero no hay llave de la puerta!

El apartamento está magníficamente ubicado, muy limpio, todo perfecto (ropa de cama, muebles, lencería, nevera, decoración), a excepción del modo de apertura sin llave. ¡Tuvimos una buena estadía porque no hacía demasiado calor y no tuvimos cortes de energía ni de teléfono! Efectivamente, ¿qué pasaría si no pudiéramos abrir la puerta debido a una avería? ¿Estamos estancados? ¿Qué pasaría si nuestro celular se queda adentro, con la puerta cerrada por una corriente de aire, o si lo perdemos, si nos lo roban? Este sistema de apertura no es nada seguro. También es mucho menos bueno para el microondas de otra época, la cafetera destartalada, el televisor mal colocado y tambaleante. Tampoco es nada bueno (pero tampoco grave) para cubiertos muy viejos, sólo una cacerola pequeña, sin pelador, un sacacorchos roto... Pero, por supuesto, está el aire acondicionado esencial, pero desafortunadamente está ubicado en la sala de estar, mientras que el ventanal siempre está abierto y es en el dormitorio donde lo necesitamos. ¡Y luego un gran problema con esta enorme ventana en el dormitorio que no puedes abrir completamente, de lo contrario no puedes irte a la cama! ¡Qué error es esta ventana! Aquí hay algunas ideas para mejorar aún más su alquiler; de lo contrario, tenga la seguridad de que ¡tuvimos una buena estadía!

L’appartement est très bien localisé : dans un quartier calme de Rosas, face à une très jolie plage, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Avec une place de parking : 1 vrai plus. Belle terrasse. Le confort est relativement spartiate, ce qui convient pour des vacances, chambre correcte, cuisine aussi. Le salon pourrait être un peu plus confort (vieux canapé) et il y avait une odeur d’égout très désagréable qui émanait de la salle de bain. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Tolle Lage, ordentlich ausgestattet, aber...

Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Aber das Appartment hatte ein nicht unbeträchtliches Problem: Vom Kanal der Straße kam häufig ein unerträglicher Gestank in die Dusche und von dort in die ganze Wohnung. Dagegen half nur, den Duschenabfluss dicht abzudecken. Ich hoffe die Vermieter bauen einen anderen Siphon ein und bringen die Stadt Roses dazu, den Kanal zu sanieren. Es stank leider auch häufiger am Strand bzw. an der Uferstraße. Ansonsten empfehlenswert (wir waren im Oktober dort)
