Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr auf die Ferien gefreut und auch auf die Wohnung. Doch was wir angetroffen haben, hat uns geschockt. Wir mussten erst die ganze Wohnung putzen, wie auch Geschirrspüler, Tiefkühlfach und Waschmaschine, da alles noch schmutzig war, wahrscheinlich von den Vormietern. Auch haben wir viele Schäden entdeckt in der Wohnung. Dies alles wurde dem Immobilienbüro gemeldet, jedoch haben die nichts dazu gesagt, lediglich dass die Reinigungsfachkraft krank war und deshalb die Wohnung nicht sauber. Aber wir finden dies eine Frechheit. Ich denke jeder möchte seine gemietete Ferienwohnung sauber und ordentlich antreffen und nicht erst noch eine Stunde oder länger damit verbringen, diese zu reinigen bevor wir darin leben können. Die Wohnung an sich wäre sonst sehr hübsch, geräumig und bittet genügend Platz. Auch dass der Parkplatz nur für Mieter zugänglich ist mit einem speziellen "Code" sag ich mal, finde ich Super. Der Eingang ins Haus ist sehr schlecht beschriftet, schlussendlich haben wir jedoch die richtige Tür entdeckt. Wie schon geschrieben war auch die Kommunikation mit dem Immobilienbüro sehr mühsam und auf einige von mir gestellte Fragen habe ich NIE eine Antwort erhalten. Das geht gar NICHT. Der Standort ist wirklich super. Man hat vor dem Haus kleinere Läden um Nahrungsmittel etc einzukaufen. Es hat auch viele Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe und zum Strand sind es auch knapp nur 5 Gehminuten. Roses und Umgebung ist sehr schön, man hat viele Möglichkeiten
