We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.

Un piege a touristes

L appartement que nous avons eu ne correspondait pas a notre reservation. Nous avions pris specialement celui qui est en photo c est a dire le drugstore BA et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans BD. Nous avions pris celui avec la terrasse fermée pour nos petits enfants et nous nous sommes retrouves cote rue avec tous les bruits que vous pouvez vous imaginés. Un seche linge inutilisable car complètement rouillé, le volet roulant de la chambre des enfants qui ne ferment pas. C est pour cela que j attend un geste commercial de votre part pour non respect du contrat de location. C est une vraie honte de faire subir cela a une famille
