vue magnifique et accès plage à pied en 1 minute !
Super séjour ! Vue sur mer splendide ! Appartement rénové au goût du jour. Literie confortable et spacieuse : Queen size. Climatisation vraiment appréciable. Balcon agréable pour prendre ses repas et faire sécher le linge. (il faut prévoir des pinces à linge). Accès direct au sentier douanier en bas du logement qui permet d'accéder en 10 minutes à une autre plage : grande plage de Canyelles. Petite supérette et boulangerie toutes proches, accessibles à pied, bien pratique. Plage propre. En plus des 2 chambres, petite pièce avec un clic clac dans laquelle on peut ranger ses affaires, ses sacs, ses chaussures...
Accueil sympathique à l'agence immobilière d'Empuria Brava. Agence à l'écoute des locataires. Petit bémol : le ménage mériterait d'être un peu plus approfondi. Quelques nuisances sonores en milieu de nuit car discothèque toute proche. Prévoir un remplacement du joint de la cabine de douche qui laisse passer un peu d'eau (travaux qui seront effectués à la fin de la saison estivale).

Appartement bien situé mais cela s’arrêtera là :
L’appartement est très mal équipé : le minimum de vaisselle (2 verres à vin, 1 coupe à champagne, 1 tasse à café, aucun plat à gratin, pas d’essoreuse à salade etc… tout cela pour 4 personnes!!)
Un four pour chambre d’étudiant
Aucun objet de décoration dans l’appartement
Pas de lampe de chevet ni rideau dans les chambres
Odeurs d’égout dans l’appartement
Quand on se douche on inonde la salle de bains car l’eau passe en dessous de la paroie de douche
On entend tout les bruits de l’appartement du dessus
Bref nous ne relouerons pas cet appartement

Lage super / Wohnung bisschen lieblos
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön.
In der Wohnung war ein Glaseinsatz von einer Tür zerbrochen Scherben standen raus. Dies war der Agentur bewusst aber sie haben es erst nach einem Anruf und deutlicher Ansage das dies so nicht geht (zwei Kleine Kinder) kam jemand und hat die Scherben entfernt.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt super man ist gleich am Stand. Der Ort ist angenehm ruhig.

Très bel appartement, très lumineux et propre, tout est fonctionnel avec un électroménager de bonne qualité.
Au bord de l’eau, la vue est magnifique et les coucher de soleil sont des cartes postales !!!
Nous y étions pour les vacances de février ; très calme .
L’accueil est chaleureux et très professionnel.
Vraiment charmés, nous le gardons dans nos petites adresses.
