Nice apartment in a building with communal pool (open from June to September) 700 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 2.000 m from the center of Roses, capacity for 2/4 people.
To access the apartment it is necessary to climb only 2 stairs and it is distributed in:
* 1 bedroom with double bed (150 cm).
* Dinning room with 150 cm sofa bed, Wifi and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels) and A/C
* American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)
* Bathroom with bath and bidet.
* Beautiful south facing terrace with stunning views of the bay of Roses and the sea (180 °)
* Private parking space for each apartment.
Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).
Located 20-30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.
