I experienced multiple issues during my stay that significantly affected my comfort. While the staff were apologetic, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The water was shut off without any notice to guests, and I was in the middle of a shower when it happened. Water service was not restored until approximately 5:00 PM. Additionally, the hallways and elevator smelled strongly of marijuana throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit repeatedly leaked water, causing water to run in front of and alongside the bed. Waking up and stepping into cold water first thing in the morning is unacceptable. Overall, these issues made for a very unpleasant experience.

There was what looked like blood splattered on the curtains, wall, and a/c unit. The floor on the far side of the bed was not cleaned up after a drink was spilled. Damaged Sheetrock in the bathroom.
