Property was definitely newer and seemed like a rushed construction job but felt safe and quiet for the price. Perfect for a quick stopover stay. Walked out of the room and heard kids yelling next door and a tv blaring and we never heard it through the walls. A great location close to Sugar Land and Brazos Bend which is where we were headed. Morning breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast. Our tv had audio issues and had to watch on mute.

Room was very cold. The heater was not working, and they couldn't fix it or move me to a different room because, according to their logic I had only one night to stay there.
Rooms stink, no hand soap in the room and was not provided even I asked for it. Bathtub does not drain properly. Everything including the bed sheets had a really bad smell. Pillows were not comfortable as well.
When I went to the hotel pool there was vomit and blood on the ground. My room also had roaches
The property was clean and the staff was attentive and friendly
I loved the color scheme of the hotel. The fridge made a loud vibrating noise that was very distracting. And the heater kept going back and forth from blowing out cold air and warm air.
The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel was close to a lot of resturants

The property was brand new and modern. That was very nice. The hard part was finding it. It is located behind buildings off the road that construction is on. We had to literally go down a mud track to get to the parking lot.
