This is a 2-story house in which my family resides on the top floor while the bottom or first floor is offered to "Homeaway".
It is a 2BR 2BA unit, with living/dining area, kitchen (with refrigerator, stove), hallway, washing machine and there is an ocean view from the back yard.
There is perimeter fencing and one parking space right outside the entrance gate.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a private yard, and an electric kettle.
