The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was good however the costumer service was horrible, more so at the Palisade restaurant. Staff needs to be trained on how to speak to guests. They very unpleasant.

My time at Fort Young was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and whenever I had an issue, I called the front desk and they quickly resolved it. The hotel was clean, and the food was delicious; I highly recommend the breakfast—it’s very good. I will definitely be visiting Fort Young Hotel again.
