Larkin’s Cabin is newly renovated & one mile from beautiful Higgins Lake!! This cabin has all the comforts of home with no sparing on that northern Michigan feel. In summer, spend the days swimming, boating or fishing & the nights cozied up by the bon fire. Winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing with 11 miles of trails just a mile away. There's also plenty of space for entertaining inside & out with ample parking for boats & trailers.

MASTER BEDROOM: Smart TV
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all necessities, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, mixer, blender, pots/pans, crock-pot, dishware/flatware, coffee/tea, high chair
GENERAL: Washer/dryer, towels/linens, extra blankets, laundry detergent, board games, essential toiletries, hair dryer
ENTRY: Two steps to enter, not handicap accessible, keypad entry
OUTDOOR: Large yard, fire pit, spacious deck, corn hole, propane grill

We kindly ask that you PLEASE respect that our cabin is pet friendly and because of this we do charge a flat $50 pet fee for pets. This fee is strictly for our cleaning costs as we are charged $50 for pets.
