Where’s my refund?

Never happened. The day before our arrival it was cancel for Covid reasons. A friend came to meet us and was told there was an urgent family matter as cause of the cancellation. That double double excuse was absolutely unacceptable… requested a refund from the property owners as they suggested in their announcement. No following response.
