Spend your holidays in this magnificent apartment with breathtaking views of the golf course and mountains (you can see the Mulhacen), at the same time 300 m from a magnificent beach with hammocks and chiringuitos to take the typical tapas of Almeria. The house of 100 m2. It has two 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. You can enjoy a large terrace equipped with sofas and table for a real break while having breakfast, dinner .. enjoying a great peace and tranquility. At the same time near the area of terraces, restaurants, supermarket. It is furnished by decorator being very cozy and comfortable. It has a comfortable garage with direct access to the house.
