This modern apartment is located in the residential Palazzo Vivaldi where you can find (Swimming pool available all year, gym, sauna,wide meeting room with games, 24h reception)

It is all exterior and very bright. It has an equipped American style kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, ceramic hob and kitchenware)
In the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep comfortable as there are proper mattresses for sleeping.
There is a bathroom with bath and window to the terrace.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with viscoelastic mattress with a wide door which lead to the terrace.

Appartement très confortable avec belle piscine

Apparemment très confortable, propre. Yolanda est très sympa et très réactive. La piscine est super peut être pas adaptée a des enfants en bas âge qui ont envie de sauter et jouer au ballon mais ça s'est très bien passé quand même. Le voisinage est compréhensif.

Vacaciones agradables en familia

El apartamento genial, idéntico a las fotos, todo muy limpio, con todo lo necesario, tanto de utensilios como de productos de higiene y limpieza. La propietaria se puso en contacto con nosotros para la entrega de llaves, que las recogimos en consergeria, ya que hay conserge las 24h, por cierto, muy agradables todos. Y una vez allí, volvió a contactar para ver si todo estaba correcto, como nos dimos cuenta que la cafetera estaba rota, se lo comentamos y al día siguiente ya nos trajo otra cafetera nueva. La verdad que todo super bien. Una comunidad muy tranquila, no se escucha nada, la gente amable y educada, la piscina no se llena nunca, se está muy bien, también hay un pequeño gimnasio, con lo necesario para hacer un poquito de deporte. La terraza super amplia, desayunábamos y cenábamos en ella se estaba genial por la noche a la fresca. Y de la zona, que decir, que hay muchos bares de tapeo y la playa está muy bien, la arena no es de la fina que se engancha y el agua está muy limpia. La verdad para repetir

Super penthouse

Le penthouse est très agréable, lumineux et au calme (grande terrasse, excellente literie, place de parking en sous-sol, une personne est toujours présente à la réception et avec tout le nécessaire de confort) et très bien situé (nous avons fait tout à pied - plage, commerces, restaurants...). Véronica est très disponible, aimable et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Stéphane et Nathalie.
