Good value stay

The receptionist kept me waiting answering phones and chatting with colleague, also had difficulty finding my booking. But, the room was very clean and it was a quiet location close to the beach. Car park full both nights, but street parking close by is free. Did not explore the hotel and if you want to swim indoors, take a swim cap.

We had 2 nights booked and checked out after one. Reception very run down. Dirty tables in reception area which we stained as if someone had spilt a drink on there, still the same the next day. Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update

Es un sitio medianamente viejo, por tanto, económico, sin embargo, la atención es mala y la limpieza la restringen a dos días por semana. No hay servicio continuo de agua en el sanitario. Hay poca atención en recepción, el personal es poco amable.

Que se puede llevar mascota pero que cuesta 30 euros cuando me lo dijeron en el momento de recoger la llave yo previo realización de reserva la habitación pero después de que nos cambiaban dos veces de habitación una porque no estaba acabada en mantener la limpieza otra porque estaba peor todavía,cortina tapamdo las silla la sofá cama desecha, los colchones por un lado por otro y la simpatía y amabilidad de algunos recepcionistas y deja mucho que desear, la piscina agua fría una piscina climatizada por lo demás bien

La cercanía a la playa es lo mejor (aunque para aparcar es HORRIBLE), la piscina muy limpia (que se agradece). Lo que no me ha gustado mucho es el mal estado de los apartamentos, estaban muy viejos.. Una capital de pintura y una pequeña reforma no les vendría mal. Tanto la puerta de la habitación como la de la terraza chirriaba muchísimo, las persianas de la habitación daban unos golpes con el aire que nos hacía imposible dormir.. La limpieza, regular. El sillón cama del salón horrible, dormí ahí una sola noche y menos mal, si llego a dormir más me destrozo la espalda. A la 1 te apagan la luz de la terraza, que no lo entiendo.. Estaba tomándome algo con mi pareja y de repente pff.. El personal, regular también, para entrar estuvimos más de media hora esperando en el hall (tenían un cartel de "vuelvo en 5 min") y aunque llamábamos al teléfono, nadie lo cogía ni salía ni nada.. Iba con 2 niñas pequeñas (9 años y bebé de 6 meses). Pues no nos dejaron entrar hasta las 16 y nos hicieron irnos a las 10 de la mañana, cuando aquí al hacer la reserva te dicen que puedes entrar a las 14 y salir a las 12.. Pues no, se lo dices y te dicen que esa información está mal y que es lo que hay.. Muy mal, la verdad esque no volvería porque íbamos para 3 días y al final entre la hora de entrada y salida hemos estado 1 y medio.

Estada de fin de año

Los colchones de las dos camas y del sofá cama, un desastre. Se clavan totalmente los hierros en el cuerpo, ha estado imposible descansar. Creo que os deberíais plantear seriamente cambiarlos. Las toallas y el mantel estaban sucias de oxido, ¡vaya eso creo!, feo muy feo. El menaje del apartamento muy justo, además pedimos dos copas de cava para brindar el fin de año y nos dijeron que ya habían dos copas de vino, se referían a los vasos pequeños de duralex de café, no nos dejaron ninguna ya que no estaban en el menaje ¡detalle cero!.

Had a lovely stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent value for money and we had a sea view which was a bonus. Made good use of the washing machine and the well equipped kitchen. Place is a bit shabby and has a rundown appearance but pleasant nonetheless.

un hotel calme et agréable

séjour très agreable , personnel très compétent et très sympathique. La plage et commerces à deux pas.Hotel calme malgré les clients nombreux. Pas de parking pour la voiture, nous devons un peu tourner dans les rues pour trouver une place.
