Ático en primerísima línea de playa con una enorme terraza diáfana frente al mar y que rodea todo el piso y abre unas vistas panorámicas impresionantes por toda la bahía de Almería, desde el castillo de Santa Ana de Roquetas hasta Cabo de Gata pasando por la ciudad de Almería.

La terraza, con anchura suficiente para colocar una amplia mesa con sillas alrededor sin obstruir el paso, recorre no sólo la fachada entera del edificio que está orientada hacia el mar, sino también las partes laterales del piso (uno de los laterales, próximo a la cocina, está techado).

Dos dormitorios y un amplio salón bellamente decorados y con vistas frontales al mar ofrecen un espacio único para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, un puente en pareja o unos días para desconectar o trabajar en un entorno inspirador y sin distracciones.

Cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada con acceso directo a la terraza, un baño completo así como un aseo para invitados accesible sin tener que pasar por la casa.

Dispone de todos los muebles, (también de terraza) y electrodomésticos necesarios para pasar incluso unas vacaciones largas como en casa (placa vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador, lavadora, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, plancha, secador de pelo…).

Cuenta con sistema centralizado de aire acondicionado y calefacción, Smart-TV de 43”, Internet por fibra óptica de alta velocidad (300 MB simétricos), una mesita de trabajo con silla de oficina…

Delante del piso se encuentran las áreas comunes que ofrecen una gran piscina paisajística de agua salada, que cuenta incluso con una pequeña isla artificial, duchas y lavapies, además de jardines con bancos, mesas y un parque infantil. En la parte más alejada se encuentran las instalaciones deportivas con su mesa de pin-pon y canchas de futbito y voley-playa.

Desde estas zonas comunes privadas tiene acceso directo y protegido al paseo marítimo, la vía verde ciclista y, por supuesto, la bien cuidada y equipada playa de Roquetas.

A espaldas del edificio se encuentra la nueva zona de expansión urbana, comercial y de ocio de Roquetas: el Auditorio y el centro comercial Gran Plaza están a 500 metros; el centro urbano y atracciones como el acuario, el parque acuático o el circuito de carts están todos accesibles con paseos de no más de 20 minutos.

El piso cuenta con lo mejor de los dos mundos: mira hacia el mar y el paseo marítimo (en una zona tranquila justo entre las zonas protegidas de las Salinas y la animada zona de restaurantes del cercano puerto deportivo), mientras por detrás tiene acceso a una zona urbana con comercios, bares y restaurantes no específicamente turísticos y con precios moderados.

En coche, el acceso por la Autovía del Mediterráneo y la circunvalación de Roquetas es sencilla y rápida y los alrededores del apartamento ofrecen amplios espacios gratuitos para aparcar.

En transporte público, Roquetas dispone de una excelente conectividad con la estación intermodal (tren y bus de larga distancia) de Almería (parada en CC Gran Plaza o estación de autobuses a 800 metros, servicio de ALSA cada 30 minutos).

El aeropuerto de Almería se encuentra a 30 km y es accesible rápidamente por la misma autovía del mediterráneo.

Penthouse met geweldig uitzicht aan het strand
Met alle voorzieningen uitgeruste, zeer rustig gelegen prive- vakantiewoning, pal aan het strand, met een perfecte, goed bereikbare gastheer. Temidden van vooral Spaanse appartementeigenaren en -toeristen en heerlijke tapasrestaurants. Wat verder weg van het meer toeristische centrum, maar zeer bereikbaar op de fiets. Ook het natuurgebied en de omliggende plaatsen zijn bijzonder goed te bereiken op de fiets. Voor de minder op zeer toeristische gebieden gerichte vakantieganger een aanrader!
