Roquetas de Mar is a beautiful seaside town on the southeast coast of Spain. The place is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal clear water and the extensive boulevard with cozy restaurants, typical ""chiringuitos"" (cafes) and shops. The popular beach of Roquetas de Mar offers plenty of opportunities for water sports. In addition, the region is home to some impressive historical sites, such as the Castillo de Santa Ana, an impressive castle from the 16th century.
