Heated swimming pool (50€/day in extra) with submerged roller shutter (11m x 5.5m - Prof 30/160 - submerged beach), deckchairs, outdoor table. Pool House with 2 refrigerators, sink, pizza oven and BBQ. Large wooded garden with swing, football cages, ping-pong table, swing. Secure parking 8 outdoor spaces. Conveniences at 450m (bakery, butcher). Beach 11km. Golf 1km.

Upper level: Large living room with television (internet), decorative fireplace. Dining room for 12 people. Fully equipped kitchen: 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, dishwasher, SMEG cooker (induction hob (5), 2 ovens, 1 grill), food processor, toaster, Nespresso.
