This holiday home is called the ‘Petit Nice’ because you will find peace, relaxation, nature and subtropical Mediterranean climate. There is a private garden and swimming pool for a refreshing swim. The home is ideal for families due to its unique location.

Do you like walking? There are 2 nice walking paths in the center of the village. You can also discover the typical French restaurants; Auberge St Hubert is quite famous. There are many markets in the neighborhood worth exploring.

There is a parking space for at least 3-cars. The air-conditioning in the bedroom will keep you cool throughout. There are 2 bicycles available, an (older) mountain bike and a folding bike. You can safely go by bike to the local bakery in the morning. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals.

Dispose of the waste in the large green waste container at the bottom of the road.

For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
