A estadia foi boa. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, e os funcionários atenderam de forma agradável e atenciosa. O café da manhã é razoável, com opções simples, mas atende à proposta. O ponto que não me agradou foi a cobrança da taxa de estacionamento. Essa informação não estava clara no momento da reserva pelo hoteis.com, e acredito que deveria ser informada com mais transparência para evitar surpresas aos hóspedes. No geral, tive uma boa experiência durante a hospedagem.

Estrutura boa, cama confortável, café da bom. Reclamação: Fui acordada às 7h30 da manhã pela camareira batendo insistentemente na porta do quarto para perguntar se eu desejava serviço de arrumação. Sinceramente, nunca presenciei esse tipo de abordagem em hotel algum. A prática mais comum na hotelaria é respeitar o descanso do hóspede, aguardando que ele saia do quarto ou sinalize, por meio da placa na porta, que deseja o serviço. Interromper o sono dessa forma demonstra falta de alinhamento com padrões básicos de hospitalidade e respeito.
