The only thing to say is that we would stay there again. The property description is accurate - close to the Spanish Steps and surrounded by restaurants, shopping and great Gelato places.

Great place to stay in Rome
Very close to Spanish Steps and in walking distance to many of Rome's attractions (with its central location, it could get a bit noisy outside on weekends). The management team was excellent - easy to communicate, helped us arrange the transportation to/from the airport, let us leave our luggage in the apartment early in the day (before check-in), someone met us at the apartment to show everything inside, answer our questions, and give us some local pointers. Thank you!

Incredible Location!
I would give this apartment 4.5 stars if allowed. Pluses: the location is AMAZING. You can walk everywhere. Easy 30 min walk to Vatican; 26 min to Coloseum; 5 min to Metro; 10 min to Pantheon.
Communication and responsiveness of owner was top notch. We had a very minor issue and it was dealt with the next day. Anytime I reached out for advice, I got a response in minutes.
This listing could easily get 5 stars with a new coat of paint and a new dining room table.

Everything about our experience was brilliant. it began with meeting our host who gave us a fantastic overview of the property as well as terrific suggestions for the neighborhood as well as greater Rome. The location was so convenient for our trip and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Spanish Steps.
