The apartment is located within a residential complex with three entrances, each at a different address. Access is granted via the electronic keypad located next to each gate. Guests will be provided with a key fob and the access code.
ⁱ CLEANING AND LINENS: cleaning of the premises and the provision of bed and bath linens are handled by a professional company. Upon request, an additional cleaning and linen change service is available at a cost of €59.
ⁱ CITY TAX: Guests staying in accommodation facilities within the Municipality of Rome are required to pay a city tax of €6 per person per night. Children under 10 years of age are exempt.
