This beautiful apartment is ideal for all types of travelers.
It is located on the second and last floor and near the famous “Marco Simone Golf & Country Club”.

The apartment, very bright and quiet, is equipped with armored door and at its entrance there is a comfortable living area where there is a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV Full HD 40" (with Netflix, Prime video, Youtube to entertain the little ones), a comfortable sofa bed that borders a modern and spacious living room with dining table.

The kitchen is new and is complete with everything, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and of course a complete set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
Coffee with espresso capsule and tea are offered in order to meet your every need.

It is a habitable terrace with access from living room and bedroom.

It 'consists of a very cozy and quiet double room that guarantees the right privacy whether you are a group of friends or a couple.
It is furnished with Queen-Size double bed in memory foam and are equipped with wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Comfortable memory foam cushions are also provided.

There is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. As a free gift you will find a 100% Made in Italy courtesy set composed of Shampoo, Body-Lotion and Body Soap.
