Great location and great staff! Now it was hard to find, incredibly small room, bed was hard as a rock, the a/c didn't work, wifi was terrible. Won't go back...

This hotel is right in the middle of all the important points of interests to check out in Rome! All within walking distance with a couple needing a short Metro ride. First of all, good luck finding the place! This place is so easy to overlook. Even the police such as the Carabinieri had to pull out their phones and pull up a map app. Even then, they were unsure where to guide us. Hint: keep your eyes out for a large gold plague on a wall and you'll find it. The hotel is an odd design. You have to walk up (or take the smallest elevator ever ridden) to the front desk. Then, you have to walk over to the next building for your room. The room is small yet comfortable! The air conditioner works extremely well! The best part about this hotel is that you're within walking distance to historic sites such as the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and other places. It's a short Metro ride away from Vatican City. It is worth staying here...just to rest your head and spend all day around Rome.

what can i say, it's in middle of ROME, the room is as big as it can be, the hotel itself was an apartment turn in to a hotel, clean and convenience but little old. staff was nice and friendly.

In the heart of Rome, by the spanish steps & close to everything. Can walk to Vatican, coluseum, pantheon, all major sights!! Does have AC, can not beat location, location, location. Market close by & close cafes everywhere.

Right in the mix of Rome. Closet sized room but who cares. Lovely and helpful staff.

The room is very nice, small, but nice. Enjoyed having the balcony. Confusion on entering and finding front desk. Had to go thru courtyard to a small one person elevator then down a flight of stairs. Took us about 10 minutes to figure this out. Would be helpful if this was explained in reservation.

The hotel room was very clean, and the location was very convenient to everything. However, the room was so small that there was no place to put luggage nor clothes. It was a "double" room, but there was only enough room for the bed. We had to put our luggage on the bed while we moved about the room, and stacked by the door while we slept. I have stayed in many, many rooms across Europe and have stayed in very small rooms, but this one was the smallest I have ever seen. Luckily, we only needed the room to sleep, but a place to put luggage would have been helpful.

We were only in rome for 2 days and wanted to do it all. This hotel was a little out of our price range but allowed us to see it all. I would recommend this to everyone. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel was certainly acceptable in terms of the room itself, but the real draw is the location. We were within walking distance of Piazza Navona, the Parthenon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. I would highly recommend it based on the ease of getting around.

The hotel is in a good location. Close to about everything, Spanish steps, the fountain and about everything else. The one thing I didn't like was, in the description of the hotel it says breakfast included when in fact there is no breakfast. No big thing but if they say they include it, you expect it to be included. Staff was very nice and helpful. Spoke some English for us that are limited in our Italian.
