The beautifully furnished apartment is located in an elegant building on the 6th and last floor with lift; it is about 95 square meters with a splendid terrace with a view of about 60 square meters with a jacuzzi swimming pool, a large living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with large showers. Ideal for 4 people but 6/7 people can stay safely.

Nice Rome Location

The location of this property is very good. It was easy walking distance to most of what we were interested in seeing, especially Vatican City. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Overall the unit was clean. Did see some ants around the patio, but only a few. Living area, dining area and kitchen were all well sized and very open. The bedrooms were also nicely sized. The window coverings were a very nice addition as the early-morning sun is certain something to consider. Baths were nice. One of the bath's shower did not drain very well, but was not clogged. Overall, thought this was a great place to stay and would recommend it to a friend. One thing to note is that is operation of the air conditioning unit is challenging. Have recommended to owner to leave some instructions to avoid messaging back and forth over VRBO. Also, the towel bars in the baths are heated but the control panel is out in the living area (another confusing item, but did not take away from the other amenities in the unit). Owner was quick to respond to messages and very helpful.

Great Location, Nicely Appointed and Updated

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. Rafaella was waiting for us on our arrival and gave us a good tour and overview of the apartment. Great location! From the apartment, It is an easy 15-minute walking distance to St Peter's Square and the Ottoviano Metro Station is about an 8-10 minute walk. A good supermaket (Coop) is just around the corner as are numerous bistros, pizzerias, gelaterias, and shops. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and has all the appointments one would hope for.. excellent beds, fine linens, iron and board, and lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, expresso maker etc.. in a very modern and well-equipped kitchen. The wonderful terrace, with its view of the Vatcian Museum and St. Peter's Dome was a very welcome refuge after long days of walking the streets of Rome. The Jacuzzi worked wonders in restoring our energy and providing a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to recount our day's adventures over a glass of wine or a spritz. Thank-you for a fantastic stay in you beautiful home in the Eternal City!
